As you can see the results were great, The only issue is that the machine is setup for Macadamias that are a little larger so it ends up feeding 2 to 3 nuts at a time thereby not cracking all the nuts.
By simply moving the polycarb flap on the hopper to close up the gap it would feed one nut at a time giving an even better percentage cracked nuts as you can see in the second half of the video when it feeds one nut at a time all the nut are cracked.
