How long does it take to receive my machine after purchasing?
We send machines all over the world and can have a machine to your location in approximately 3 weeks from purchase.
What does the price include and exclude?
The price shown on this website includes palletising and all shipping related costs along with insurance to your location. Exclusions are any local duties and taxes in the country we are shipping to if any.
Voltages machine will run on?
All our machines have motors that are built to run on either 230V 50Hz single phase (Europe, Australia, Africa etc) or 110V 60Hz 2 Phase (USA, Canada etc)
If you would like a machine to run on 3 phase power, please let us know and we can arrange this also.

The number above are average numbers we have tested and customers have reported back to us. There will be variations depending on varieties, moisture content and size of nuts.
What warranties do you offer?
Every machine comes with a full 1-year return to base warranty against faulty workmanship or mechanical failure if used appropriately. We have been manufacturing these machines in our workshop since the 1990’s and are able to offer ongoing support and spare parts going into the future for even the oldest machine.
We put our name on it, and we are committed to looking after our customers and machines well into the future.
What other nuts can be processed in Crackadamia equipment?
We have successfully trialled and modified machines to process Almonds, Hazel Nuts, Cacay, Sandalwood and Peach stones with great success.
If you have a different nut, we would be keen to see if we can modify our equipment to process them also.
